In 1981, the Boy Scouts were proud to run a full-page ad featuring household name David Hartman:
Notice that they don't even bother identifying him, not even with an itty-bitty caption. granted, it isTV Guide, but Hartman (still around today at 85) was the co-anchor of Good Morning, America and well known at the time...and a boy scout!
